Shipping Policy
Delivery Area: AUSTRALIA ONLY
Delivery Terms and Conditions:
- No goods over 10 kg can be sent to a PO Box.
- You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm any freight charges. You will be entitled to a refund should you not wish to proceed with the order.
- Customers will be able to collect their goods in store, use their own freight accounts, or pay for freight. We recommend that you contact us to get a quote on freight prior to finalising your order.
- We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when shipping conditions change.
- Jett Industrial Supplies reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit.
Insurance:
- Jett Industrial Supplies do not include insurance as part of standard shipping.
- Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by the shipping company.
- We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided to you.
- Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods, and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods. Jett Industrial Supplies will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note has been signed.

Returns Policy
What can be returned?
- Normal stocked items can be returned with a 10% restocking fee. Freight and other administration costs cannot be returned.
- Any item cut to requested length cannot be returned (eg. chain/cable/hose).
- Non stocked items ordered in at the customer’s request cannot be returned.
- On occasion, we may need to talk to our suppliers to ensure that they are able to accept the returned items, and we will pass on any costs related to the returning of the items, including restocking fees and freight.
When do items need to be returned by?
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice and in new condition. If packaging is damaged or items show signs of use, they cannot be returned.

- All items need to be returned to Jett Industrial Supplies, 1 Samuel Harry Close, Queenton Qld 4820.
How do customers return items?
Shipping for returns?
- All freight costs for returning the items are at your expense.
Refunds on Returned or Cancel orders:
- Refunds will be processed once the item is returned or order cancelled. It will be credited by the same payment method. The amount refunded will be less the charges imposed by the company that you have chosen to pay with.
Instore return option?
- Items can be returned to Jett Industrial Supplies, 1 Samuel Harry Close, Queenton Qld 4820, Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.
Packing materials?
- Items need to be in original packing and packaged in a way that it is not damaged in transport.
